★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO STAR should be the correct rating. Very unprofessional and poor service. Courier delayed by almost 1 week as my parcel stuck at the distribution facility. Called the customer care for the whole day and NOBODY answered. Please don't use the services by KTM Distribution. Other courier services are more capable. If you cannot operate efficiently as a courier service provider, please don't bother to diversify your solutions if you cannot figure out how to do your job well. DISGUSTED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transporting my motorcycle from Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur with KTMD left me with an awesome experience and impression.
With a courteous and accommodating attitude from the staff at KTMD Johor Bahru till the moment I collected my motorcycle at KTMD KL (old railway station), I have to say that I am so impressed and never regretted using their service. I have managed to collect my motorcycle in 3 days due to the considerate and kind attitude of their JB branch staff to hint me the arrival of their lorry scheduled for KL, so I could have faster transit.
Collection from KL was also a pleasant experience, initiated with a courtesy call from them and a warmth gesture when I arrived at the counter, greeted with smiles, professionalism, friendliness, prompt attention and excellent customer service. It's not just ended there. The staff who released my motorcycle took my impression to the next level by his enthusiasm and exhibited a high level of sense of urgency and made my ride available as soon as I turned around from the counter. So amazing! My heart was also touched by his sincerity and passion for his job for greeting me farewell and a safe journey instead of just walking away.
All the staff who were involved during the collection (Yamaha Ego S, JKR 847) that evening showed an astonishing 5 Star quality service and I thank all of them from my deepest heart, and they deserved this due credit well. Too bad I didn't get all their names, but you know who you were. Keep up the good job and I hope you'll also deliver the same level of excellent service quality to the rest of the customers.

Staff are helpful to provide and assist on the catgo service I recently send my bike to northen state which took only 3 days. Their price is very reasonable and more economical compare to others. Giid customer service
