★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No store, no LCD screen telling you the timetable. Only use to force you use their MyRailTime app which is inconvenient for those who don't use train frequently. Toilet is not updated, it's stuck in old timeline where people have to use hand tub instead of bidet. You can't top up your Touch n' Go either so be prepared for it. Fare spike twice than before. Accidentally go to the wrong station and getting charged RM 2.40 just to go to Kajang which is one station away. Waiting for 40 mins for going back home from KL Sentral and get charged for RM 4.40? Better use MRT Stations. More comfortable than KTMB. So greedy this company with their permanent unfinished maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trains are on time mostly, sometimes they are late, and very rarely cancelled. But what can we expect from Malaysian trains. Anyways, it's really convenient and cheap way to go to kl sentral or to nilai. The trains are schedule to arrive at most every hours which is common for trains. I hope they can shorten to waiting duration.
