Akak kaunter no 3, better improve your service ye. Talk like you don't want to talk, when people ask and answer indifferently. Dedicate yourself in making something work not just coughing on the stairs thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service from counter staff who in charge of counter number 2 today. No greetings, speak with rude tone. Main campak je form. As customer, saya rase terhina. Zero customer service etiquette. I never post complain like this kat mana2. This is my first time posting such complain which means that she is really that bad. Please pay attention to your staff behaviour and send this lady to course or sth. I've been here several time but this was my first time having such experience. Maksudnya other staffs were okay, just this setitik nila je yg hampeh. Thumbs down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pleasant trip to the office I had this morning. There was no long line and my matter was attended in less than 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly and nice. The parking space was spacious and also the chairs were aplenty. Or maybe my timing was perfect :)
