★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went to this place for the thousand time, and the staff told me I cannot send my parcel because they dont have the manual form. And I need to use the online form, which apparently is not compatible with my phone. Not my fault if I cant use it. You should always have an alternative. Very poor service and response.
