โ โ โ โ โ Not co-operative. Everything has to be referred to Hq. They should be more service oriented. Have a mobil service where they can neuter or spay cats and dogs in Banting.

โ โ โ โ โ I used to bring my cats 2-3 times, but today my first time bring it during pandemic. I had appointment at 11am and came 10.40am but the rawatan building still close. I go for asked reception on first front building. The women receptionist was very unfriendly. I go to rawatan building again and wait in middle hot outside! Why dont they just open the door for rawatan and wait inside while there a staff at counter! We go inside when a staff came to us and ask to โopen jeeeโ the door? What do you expect outsider to open the door/close grill on our own! bad services! We pay your services but you dont welcome us like we want for free.

โ โ โ โ โ Cannot walkin to cure ur pet, need appointment but based on my experience the appointment are not based on customer free time. For example, after i called, they will called back to make an appointment but after 2 weeks later which i already sent the pet to private clinic (tooo long to wait). The day they setup for the appointment is the day after they called (tomorrow), which i cannot make it because i am working, cannot off day last minute, they said after that call i need to call back to make another appointment so what is the point i call for the 1st time? ?

โ โ โ โ โ overall was good, fast n very cheap compare to Private Vet Clinic nearby.
this vet clinic only attend a minor case. for major case need to refer to private vet clinic or Vet hospital. i only paid RM10 for my cat (ringworm).
