★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuchai motor is a bad choice if shop for beginner rider who want to own their 1st own bike.
Maybe they have a lot of motor bike for you to own it by loan..but 1 thing is not fits the name.
Their mechanic is very poorly educated.
Bike brokedown becouse of something else.but they repair d other problem thats is not related for it.
The price for repair there is very high.and service are suck.
Do find your self a new motorshop or your money woulr be suck out dry like a leaches

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 scooters here. Look for sifu rahman if you want to buy a bike. I suggest you check the bike you want in mudah.my first before coming as they have listed their bikes there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my Yamaha R25 to install some new accessories like sliders, bobbins and new DID X ring chains. Installation of the other things where alright. Then they started installing my new set of chains. They took about 30mins to install and multiple knocks with a hammer and no proper tools to install the chains. I already had a bad feeling they did not install it correctly. 1. They do not have proper tools, 2. They did not apply grease that was provided to the pins of the head/tail of the chains. 3. They tighten the chain too tightly cause they were not using the correct tools. Now the chain is damaged. 4. They tighten the chains too tight and did not give enough free play for the chain the move freely.
After that i went to another shop to check on the chain and they spotted the problems and i was told i had to change my new chains which are like RM270 brand new(on sales, usually rm399) which they have damaged.
I went back to them asking for a refund or anything they can compensate for me. They told me they can't cause "i bought the chains from another shop and if they say they installed it correctly means it's correct" "and if other shop says otherwise, ask them to fix it for you" "we won't refund you anything damage cause we did it correctly"
I will never ever send my big bikes here again and i which other big bikers would want to leave your super expensive bikes for them to service/install or repair
