Dont think im ever getting anything from Toshiba again. Their local customer service call centre is hopeless. Ive tried every β€œdepartment” on their telephone directory. No one ever picks up. Why do they even bother having a helpline

Very bad service, poor company staff very rude. Delivered me a fridge that is not working. Delivery staff was very rude and delivered me a fridge full of cockroaches and a horrible smell. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Place seems run down but very friendly and efficient staff. Bought freezer rubber seal. Unfortunately the payment was by cash only

got replacement tv before warranty expire. After about 1 year replacement tv is giving problem. Tried to call service no response at my cost What i lousy service. Will not touch toshiba products even with 10 feet pole.

Service is quick as nobody there. Got a few parking and is enough. My fridge gasket not working and getting a new one here. Got staff teach us how to fix it with the new bought gasket. The item costs only rm37. If we need a staff to go over our house, the labour costs is rm80. But for gasket replacement work, it's very easy, you can diy.

very bad experience. toshiba gave serviceman contact for fridge service, but the serviceman always not free, and never make another appointment, never reply messages. i tried calling toshiba since november 2020 but nobody pick up the service and sales centre number - always recorded message but no one pick up even tho i pressed 0 for operator...

Very bad service. Made a report but not providing report number. When called over to track progress, totally no record. Customer service not friendly and never listen to the problem. Simply send technician over to "visit" end up with no solution because never listen to the problem at all. Recommend Samsung brand as they listen to the complain and trying to solve through phone, and prepare solution before the visit.
