โ โ โ โ โ If there is negative star, I would just shamed them with negative star. The most expensive lesson with Kueen Lai Properties. Please stay away from any of their project or you will definitely regret.
Condo quality is really bad, bad maintenance with premium maintenance fees. They will just block your access card if you are not paying them. However, they are not even maintaining the so called luxury standard of the condo.
The leaking problem started to show after warranty period, so be prepared with additional cost for that. Peeling problem as well.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOUSY DEVELOPER!

โ โ โ โ โ The worst developer in Malaysia. Bad workmanship & broken promises. One of my worst investment decision is buying their condo. Maintenance fees late charges even for late payment by 5 minutes. Still hasnโt created proper maintenance fees bank account. What maintenance, none of it. Just waiting for defect period to end and run away. Many more minuses but not wasting my energy writing about this useless company.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst developer ever. If you planning to buy property from them, think twice. They even cheated all their customers. Or if you planning to send your kids to their school or hotel, please rethink back again. Their Kueen Lai International School is actually a fake. Actual plan is to build hotel, but end up school. Now, some of them their property value drop more than 50%!
