 The system is slow..if you enter the room 23 times in a row..people who can enter first..people who read books first have to wait a long time ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah teruk betul layanan. Saya datang tiba2 kena marah sebab buat hiv test dekat sini. Marah2 dekat klinik ni banyak sangat orang lah apalah, padahal saya buat test tak sampai 5 minit pun. Kalau rasa tak boleh handle kerja baik resign. Nurse jaga counter 1 pakai baju biru. Sumpah teruk betul. Kalau boleb nak rate -star.
I swear badly right service. I came suddenly angry because I did a hiv test near here. There are a lot of angry people near this clinic, no matter what, even though I did the test in less than 5 minutes. If you feel you can't handle a good job, resign. The nurse guarding counter 1 wore a blue shirt. Bad swearing right. If you want to rate -star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What time will Klinik gigian hospital kulai will be open?? Because when we go 12:30 they say that time is busy and went to "Bukit Klinik " because it's near to your home.. The patient was came for treatment and it's your responsibility to take care them not ignoring them... The employees very poor ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and attitude. My family went there to do the x-ray. They asked us who haven't do the x-ray before, my father said that my little brother haven't only, but they couldn't understand, so my father took a long time to explain for them. Then my little brother can't understand Malay because he is 7 years old only, so my father went inside the x-ray room to accompany him, but the radiographer scold my father very loud and rude. After that, the x-ray graph already complete, the radiographer call my father's name and throw my father's x-ray graph on the ground and let my father pick up the graph himself and without any apologize. There also has other radiographer help the rude one and say my father is crazy. The rude radiographer's name is Nurfadhli Ikram Bin Airudin, and other one is Kesavan A/L Jayakodi.
