★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Change previous Telcom to unifi mobile, satisfy. Got 4g every way in my house, factory, most of place. After a week tested change all my family Telcom to this unifi. Not the best but better than others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! Just want to register as a new user, having trouble, get an office number to follow up.. but number given were useless!! Cannot get through. Their representatives answer is "we dont take calls here, only walk in customer". F#$k!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 numbered counters but slow took me an hour plus to reach my number which was only 7 people. Only 2 person working out of 4 counters as I heard one person is on leave but than shouldn't be this slow.
Even slow also should provide free WiFi to customers waiting (my Celcom has no line at all in the place). And a water dispenser for thirsty customers also should be provided.
Wake up please TMPoint Kulai.
