โ โ โ โ โ The maintenance can be better but if you enjoy quite environment and peace of mind, this is a very good place. The swimming pool is clean and by far my favorite facility.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice climate and surrounding. Secure place. Only available apartment building in Kulim town. Not many apartments are occupied may be only 1/3. No children park nearby. Need to pay extra to use swimming pool and gym. Better for expatriates who work in hi tech subjected to condition that u donot need to send your child to some international school.

โ โ โ โ โ The apartment maintaince is very poorly maintained. There are permanent stains in the lift and on the floor at each corridor. Cleaners only comes once a day. Manager doesn't seem to be around and office most of the time closed. Rental too high but no facilities at the apartment and not up to standard. Owners here always ask your profession before they decide on rental. Rental of unit not fixed... It is based on tenant profession. I find that very absurd and not proper. I assume these are the reason..... Why most units are empty...

โ โ โ โ โ It's a nice place to stay, Not too crowdy, not too expensive, if you're working in Kulim for Jobs and looking for a place to rent. This might be the place. The one room I visited have a 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. It's not too spacious, and grand but its enough.
