★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam artists, no transparency. I had a medical checkup for about RM180 last year. After changing visas I was told I had to retake. So I went back and they quoted RM260. I said that's way too expensive. My brother went the same week for the same thing and they quoted over RM400. Claimed there was policy change that week in fees. We've decided to look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience with Dr Lai, who not only ordered medication for me on vey short notice, but also helped me to find options closer to my office and recommended other doctors who would be able to help me with my condition. He also called my office clinic to give them a heads up and helped me to schedule an appointment. I trust him and his advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our charges for the medical services provided at the clinic are reasonable and affordable. Some basic blood screening packages are way much cheaper than other clinics.
Consultations on various medical conditions including skin related problems, weight management, counseling are given at Kumpulan Medic KWSP. Visit us once and you will definitely like us :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor was nice but the desk staff was rude and inconsiderate. The system is really bad. We had our appointments moved because initially it was set on a Sunday. We called a few days before to make sure we can come on Sunday as per the given date and the desk said it's okay to come. But turned out the clinic is closed on Sunday.
We then called on Monday to move the appointment to Wednesday. Wednesday morning before coming, we called again to check if doctor was in. Again, doctor was not in.
Now, we got our appointment moved again.
It's not that we don't want to go see other doctor, but we've been visiting this clinic for pregnancy check up and they hold our record. We need the record before we transfer to a specialist hospital.
Staff desk was like "nak buat mcm mana, pergi lah jumpa doktor lain". We talked nicely everytime we called. We just want the records before we transfer.
They should have the appointments in the system and notify their clients if appointments are moved and canceled.
We had to apply leave a few times to go to clinic. Very unpleasant experience with this clinic.
