Very bad service.jumpa tak sampai 10 minit untuk husband and 2 anak.charge consultation saja 600..tambah ubat almost 1k..plus d doc seems cant accept questions from d patient.he simply said d cause is d water but when we asked further, he explained in a very sarcastic way yet still didnt answered d question ? he prescribed cetaphil as a moisturizer but when i said we had it already he changed to qv ? for d soap he gave oilatum.both we can simply get it from d pharmacy outside wayyyy cheaper..but d gud thing he gave several pills to consume but so far still no changes to the affected area..still regretted that we went to see him that day n spent almost 1k for nothing

Im ok with the high RM400++ bill for elergic treatment but please provide credit card or qrpay facilities. Not many nowdays carry big cash in their pocket.

Went to this clinic last saturday. The nurse and doctor was so welcoming, polite and kind. The doctor is very informative, he explained to me in detail about my acne problem. He even ask me if i have any further question and he answer my question in detail. Good clinic to visit. Total payment for Consultation and medicine Rm305. You can pay by cash or online banking. Very convenient.

The worst dermatology clinic. The dermatologist himself is rude and you pay a consultation fee but he will answer none of your questions. the medication itself is a fixed price and already expensive, but come on don't be so rude. Your lucky your clinic is still open during the pandemic. Only the Chinese nurse is polite, but the others are so stuck up and disrespectful. I would give zero stars if I could

The best skin specialist in town but the clinic and building itself really need major make over. The charge fee and medicine really HIGH but its ok what if you get cure from your skin problem. Based on the fees and always full of patients i think they can afford to have a better place for clinic in other building within this area. Personnally i think if the enviroment of this clinic look premium it will not shock the 1st time patient when they get the bill here. The current clinic apperance give a wrong signal about the fee is cheaper but actually is NOT.

Came here to buy their skin cream cause the previous doc prescript it due to surface allergy but the nurse insist to see the doctor. We came twice to see the doctor, the same thing they told us. If I go see him again will give me different consult? Consultation fee itself already damn expensive. Lousy service, don't waste your time and money come here. The doctor doesn't answer your question plus he's rude too, no point of seeing him anyway. My husband remember the cream price, from RM30 for small tub now increase to RM35, next perhaps RM40. WILL NEVER COME HERE EVER AGAIN!!! I WOULD RATE 0 STAR IF COULD Β ??

Been going here for the past 6 months for my acne. Lousy service and rude doctor. It feels as if my presence was bothersome to the nurses and there was no warmth in this clinic. Outdated building and facilities. Feels as if you're in the 90's but not in an aesthetically-pleasing way. RM300-400+ for every visit which includes consultation fee and prescription (accutane and this serum / cream thingy) which I believe is significantly higher compared to other clinics. My least favorite part is the doctor. He'll reply to your questions sarcastically and in a condescending manner. Even told me that wanting clear skin is 'pondan' and 'bapok'. The proffesionalism is non-existent. Each consultation didn't even take up to more than 15 minutes. Would totally stop coming here once I'm satisfied with skin.

Went to see this dermatologist for about 3 months (yes, way too long but I didn't know any better then). Had eczema and allergies and consultation + medication cost me almost RM500 for each visit. Can't use card to pay, they just use cash. After a while I realised I can get same medication (and better consultation) at pharmacies. The final straw for me was that I took a blood test at a hospital to identify the allergies I had. I came with my results and he basically scolded me for being ignorant about my skin condition and that I should have taken the test at his clinic instead. He was already quite rude previously everytime I asked certain things. Very condescending and didn't even explain things and spoke to me like I'm a child when all I wanted was some medical opinion. Really don't recommend this clinic. Costly and rude dermatologist. Managed to get good advise and medication (and warnings about long term use of steroids which I didn't get at all from this clinic) from pharmacists instead.
