Staff biadap, lambat. Orang yang beratur lama tak dilayan, orang baru sampai layan dulu. Bila tegur tak boleh terima, marah cust balik. Sushi yg mintak tak dpt die bg sukahati je.

Staff is rude, slow. People who line up for a long time are not served, new people are served first. When reprimands are unacceptable, angry cust back. The sushi I asked for couldn't die because I was happy.

Suka sound customer dgn cara tak baik.kita beli pakai wang cakap terima kasih pun takda lagi nak berlagak.yg sorang tu sibuk nak susun2 card pada hal customer dah lama sampai..apa punya pekerja lah buat nama buruk sushi kungfu ja..tempat lain takde mcm ni!

I like to sound like a customer in a bad way. We buy with money, say thank you, we don't want to pretend anymore. That person is busy trying to arrange 2 cards for the customer, it's been a long time coming. takde mcm ni!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bila baca review customer lain, rupanya ramai yang dpt layanan yg biadap dan kasar. Hari ni 24/12/21 jam 1130 am kung fu sushi di mydin, penjaga kaunter bercakap kasar dgn saya. Pada mulanya Sy menunggu lama utk dilayan walaupun tiada pelanggan masa itu.Masa saya nak memilih pun, acuh tak acuh je.Kemudian bila sy nak bayar, dia dgn lantangnya bersuara "DAH KE"!. Silap sy tak ambil nama dia. Meluat rasanya.Lain hari kalau saya pergi lagi dan memang staf yg sama berkelakuan yg sama, memang saya akan ambil nama dan gambar. Kepada PIC Kung fu sushi, tolong ambil perhatian dgn staf. Beri teguran yg tegas pd yg terlibat. Mungkin staf tu rasa senior sangat ke atau diri sendiri ada masalah nak layan pelanggan. Bagi saya, dia tak layak jaga kaunter depan kalau sifat berhemah dan mesra gagal dipraktikkan. Geram sangat. Kedai sushi lain macam empire sushi, sushi king, nippon sushi semua tempat majoriti staf mesra walaupun sibuk kehulu hilir. Geram bila ingat kembali..

Last2 sy cau mcm tu je. Kalau nk sgt main handphone main la belakang customer jangan depan customer. Betul la review2 yg lain cakap, RUDE STAFF!!! NOT GONNA REPEAT EVEN SEDAP. SIGH.

Staff biadap. Saya berdiri lama tapi tak dilayan. Tapi bila pelanggan lain datang kemudian dan dilayan, satu staff kata limit kedai tiga pelanggan. Ada juga satu staff yang sentuh secara kuat sedikit pelanggan untuk ambil gambar. Bila baca reviews lain, ramai yang komen yang sama. Tiada tindakan kah? Saya perasan, sushi juga dicampur yang lama dan yang baru. Adakah memang dicampur untuk tujuan report pada pihak atasan sahaja? Tetapi tidak menjaga kualiti? Tolong ambil tindakan ya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i’m sorry but your staffs are so rude, they need to learn on how to serve the customer well. this is so dissapointed. if your shop nearly to close, just tell with proper manners, that time is about 9.30, i thought it’s still open because there is no sign to close, and your staff just be like ‘dah tutup’ without saying sorry?!!!! and not looking at our face, i’m with my mom and this is so rude. can your staff just say ‘oh sorry we are close already’ it’s enough.
