★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited around 30 mins to get a table. However, the worst thing would be their services - they don't entertain you at all! Been asking them if there is any table available but we were being ignored.
I dont care if people said this is the best asam pedas in town but if your services suck, I don't prefer it at all. I WILL NOT recommend this place to anyone at all. Services is the main thing I looked for in any restaurants. We ended up going to other places instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK FIRST OF ALL THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS . BUT THE WORST PART ARE THE WORKERS ARE SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS . THEY ROLL EYES TO CUSTOMERS INCLUDING ME . THE OWNER WAS SO GENEROUS AND KIND . HOPEFULLY YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER WORKERS INSTEAD OF THEM :) . THANKYOU !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible food. Forgot I’ve been here last time. Slow service more than 45 minit of waiting. Masak asam pahit. Only have kangkung and tauge tawar. Telur and masak asam pahit. This review is to remind me not to go again. Put some effort la bang. It’s not ani asam pedas parit Jawa. It’s ibu ani asam pedas muar. Totally different..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asam pedas jenahak was delicious n the price reasonable since the fish was so fresh. Unfortunately the service was too slow. I cleared the table by myself n called the waiter for more than 5 times to order ?

When I got here I realised that I have been here before and it was decent but nothing really to shout about
The main issue was that although it was supposed to close by 8pm, there was little left at 3pm so you might as well say you close at 4pm
They ran out of vegetables and ice and fresh fruit juices
And not even canned drinks were available
I had the last 2 fish heads and that was it
The thing is Mydin is just across the road
Can they not just run across and get some of the raw materials (see photo)
Not a very good experience
I don’t think I will go again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried many asam pedas in melaka. But this is quite good. The fish i had was fresh and the asam pedas was up to my taste. I had jenahak dan the price was reasonable if compared to a few restaurant i had. The jenahak itself (ekor part) was quite big which can cater up to 3 to 4 person..
