β β β β β The company I work for is in the business of breads and pastries, our truck delivering this to outlet was hit by a car which made the truck turn over. Driver injured, breads lost and truck could not be used for 2 months. Insurance covers for truck repair, for loss of truck and rental of truck for 2 months we have to send letter of demand to Kurnia. Their service from day one was stalling replying and then when you get aggresive, they finally overnight come up with compensation, when this compensation was inform to them too low, after continuous follow up, still no reply. Is this the sort of company you want for your insurance? Is insurance companies motivated to not pay customers so that they get higher bonuses every year? This is a possibility? Is there fairness in writing letter with " without prejudice" to protect your letter? Is this the kind of companies Malaysia wish to have? Bank Negara should regulate this companies more efficiently, are they doing that because it is a local company? For me BE FAIR, BE HONEST, HAVE INTEGRITY & PROFESSIONALISM, not only company is respected, the staff are respected. I sincerely hope the PR dept of Kurnia read this feedback
