★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ride the train on 28/11/2021. The notice board showed 0 minutes but the train didn't even arrive after 20 minutes. There was no notification that the train is coming late. It just shows 'Welcome to MRT SBK Line'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean station, popular commuting station. It's at the end of the line so you're usually guaranteed a seat. Has a convenient MyNews here as well as working top up machines. There's paid parking at about RM4-5 per entry using Touch N Go that's you use on the train. There's also illegal parking, but be careful as cars that park here are usually fined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of the TouchnGo top up machines not working. The token machine also mostly under maintenance. When are you planning on fixing it? And for God's sake when is the Sungai Buloh station going to be operational again??? It's been three bloody months. Come on lah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are now living in 2022. None of the top up machine or counter accepts QR pay and only cash terms. Did they even consider people who forgot their wallet and only able to pay via mobile phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice station. Easily accessible. Customer service lady was very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle service was available to get to and from sungai buloh MRT. Overall no complaints.
