★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite great infrastructure, the service mindset of the staff is lacking. I wanted to top up my touch n go card after passing the gate, the staff insisted I need to go out again then only they'll help to top up. What's the point of having the "small windows" right in front and he could easily retrieve my card. Attn to management - this incident happened on 2 Sept 2019, approximately 5.25pm.
