★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there this morning to get a statement printout n to try out the retirement advisory service. The officers on duty were friendly and helpful. Interior of the office was clean n comfortable. They even stationed young workers in uniform to assist the public to use the ' EPF statement boxes'.
I chatted with one Pn Salwa, the officer in charge of RAS. She tried her best, admitted her limitations n promised to link me with her superior, one En Azmi. We all have our weaknesses n I didn't hold anything against her. All in all, service at the Qbm office is good. Keep up the good work. Appreciate your sincere assistance, Pn Salwa.
Parking is available in front for a fee or park across the road near Gold Coast condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EPF/ KWSP has improved over the years, let’s hope it keeps improving and profitable to clients and contributors! Kudos to well done job. We arrived on Monday 2pm and got all inquiries answered from the very first start at (numbering) counter. Of course we prepared a list of 6 questions before hand so we saved time and got all answered within 5 minutes.
Just a suggestion; maybe you can station 2 staff instead of only 1, so that those who queue behind us can be attended quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a lot of staffs to help out. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. Many computers are setup there for the convenience of customers to use and check their EPF details. They work efficiently and you usually don't have to wait too long to get your things done. Good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk in. Open a new acct here. There are kiosk to do the new acct and the staff are around to assist and make the service faster. After taking thumbprint at kiosk, the staff led me to the computer to do further registration. It all took less than 10 minutes and u only need ur ic. Great ambiance n clean office too.
