★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Epf Ipoh kiosk machine only have 1unit. People have to wait for long queue just to print statement. Why they can't afford to add more kiosk machine to allow user print easily. Senior citizens there are not good in using I akaun and of course they need to see statement. The worst service ever. Improve ur system!!!!!and the machine no paper . Printer spoil and useless ??? expecting people to wait longer not working efficiently.

We were taken to a private room and all of our questions were answered quickly and with confidence. We left the meeting with all of the information we wanted thanks to our amazing advisor Fuaz! I wish all offices ran this efficiently with such high level of friendly, efficient, professional service. COVID-19 protocols and best practices were strictly enforced and observed by all.
