β β β β β It's weekdays noon.. not full house but still need to wait up to 45mins. Ok this I understand need time to cook.. but idk why the waitress just stand at there didn't come to serve us give us menu and tell us order thru QR code! Should have told us to order thru the QR code not just letting us just sit there or until go to counter ask for menu. Idk why just stand at there when you have customer to serve?! I paid the service tax.. I like the one who served us and before entering the restaurant and the manger. :)

β β β β β The staff here is very nice and friendly. Food took around 40 minutes to arrive but the staff had told us the waiting time beforehand. Can still improve since it is a new branch.

β β β β β Sekarang semua cashless kan. So kyochon applied the cashless system. Order thru qr code menu and pay directly through online. Memang modern and safe for zaman zaman covid ni tapi what if ada oldest yang taktahu how to use this modern system. Probably kena put another option by using cash. And my friend nak add on sauce so lupa order through online tu. Ingat boleh mintak kat kaunter. But they said cannot sebab takde dalam order system tu. So they cannot give the sauce as we didnt order it. Susah juga for us.

The Bad: slow service. Our fried chicken always arrives 20 minutes earlier than the rice... this happened twice! Chicken is either eaten cold waiting for the rice or eat rice alone...

β β β β β Nice system. Scan QR Code, choose menu to order, directly pay using ewallet or online banking app. Ambience and staff is all good. But just taking quite some time to prepare. If too hungry, maybe become little bit angry for the waiting time. But if leisure eating, chitchatting.. it's good.

β β β β β The place was not full of people when I arrived so I got my order on time. The staffs who served me were nice. And the chicken I ordered was not as good as the one I ate at the other place, but still good. I'd like to come here again let see maybe they'll improve, cuz everything was quite nice here. Forgot to take picture.

Food is okay.Service prompt.
Ordering and payment via online.The servers are courteous and patient in explaining how the system works.
Price wise slightly higher compared to other places offering same type of food
.
The Raspberry drink comes with a sprig of mint that made the drinks smell and taste like toothpaste.

β β β β β Worse ever my experience today at this restaurant. Please and please people of Kuantan donβt come to this lousy restaurant. You will waste your time here for one hour just to receive cold chicken. Please donβt expect too much when everything looks good outside and the ambience was so nice. The reality is you have to wait at least 1 hour to get your food. Never coming back.
