★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude cocky sales promoter who serves customer on bias preference. Judgemental and rude. People in the service line Penang should learn from bigger cities such as KL and SG. I was happy walking out from the stall empty handed as you don’t deserve any commission or a single penny from me.

She was very patient to explain everything that I asked. Friendly and kind staff. The most I like was she also explained all the small free gift pack. Details is more needed in this field. Thanks Ching. Really appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really a bad shopping experience today! A male SA totally judges people by their outfit and accent. When I communicated in Mandarin, it easily to say his impatience from his two small eyes. His rudeness of spraying the body oil in my hand which almost splash on my skirts, when I was tend to try some products, and no sorry to me at all! After my check the bill, no any extra free samples were offered. Absolutely I don't care the samples, but to his kind of attitude and arrogance were the worst experience I've ever met before. Such a bad working attitude guy does not deserve Loccitane SA!
