โ โ โ โ โ service sangat teruk..contact tanya parcel pun tak reply..asyik updated tak dapat deliver sebab tempat tutup, padahal kitaorg ada je kerja. kalau barang da hilang, at least inform.
service is very bad..contact asked for parcel but didn't reply..fun updated can't deliver because the place is closed, even though we have work if the item is lost, at least inform.

The fastest way way to get your item to to fetch it yourself.

This is now a more systematic way from JnT but the delivery time is getting longer as subcontractors doesn't have the manpower to do faster efficient delivery

Used around 20 days to deliver a things from Penang to Melaka?
They just put parcel in the mail box without noticed even I'm at home that time.
I'm living in apartments area, the mail box not in front my house n it is open area, no lock at the mail box thr, but they just simply put it.
I get noticed only while I'm tracking parcel n get shocked coz tracking thr stated I'm received parcel few days ago !?
