Another for giving the 20% off for the horrendous service..
Came in for bfast for 8pax. Ordered. Few items on the menu not available due to lack of materials. Fine.
Waited 30mins until the first food arrive. Food cold. Fine.
Every 10min food came. Reason given lack of staff. And food served as per queue. Fine. But wait....
Other customers came after us, got ALL their food. Ours still have 4 items missing. WT*?!. "They will check"
After 2 hours, 2 item still didnt come. Paid and just leave. Supposed to celebrate mothers day, mom didn't even get her food.
Gone are the good ol BSC days.
Not sure who's at fault but clearly the management for not "managing" the business properly or no proper training for the staff. Staff are just doing the best they can as per the tools given to them.
Buck up!!

Drinks taste the good old days of la bodega sangria!
But the decor is old. They took over from secret recipe but at least change the floor tiles coz it does look a little bit dirty and outdated.
Service needs plenty of improvement.

โ โ โ โ โ Need a better manager. Poached egg is hard. Bun is not toasted. Ordered cappucino and got mocha. Had to ask 3 times for cutlery. Twice for bill. Wont come here again till things improve.

โ โ โ โ โ The driest scramble eggs Iโve ever had, you could scrape itโs โbehindโ with a fork like a pancake. I wish this platform allowed me to upload a video. For RM24, this breakfast was criminal. Bread not toasted. Never again.

โ โ โ โ โ Was very disappointed with breakfast this morning. For RM30+ per person, youโd expect more attentive service, and basic things like the bread being toasted. (How do you serve omelette and toast, with untoasted bread??)
Having read the other reviews here, I suspect that the breakfast shift could be the problem here.
After all those fond memories of having La Bodega breakfast at BSC, this experience was deeply disappointing. Hope the management takes notice and makes effort to improve.

โ โ โ โ โ Was craving non-Raya food on public holiday afternoon. Heard Bodega had a new owner and wanted to see if the food was different.
Felt a shift from the old La Bodega. My eggs benedict was really good. Was a nice quiet place to relax as well.
