★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I REALLY HATE THE FACT THAT THEY LEAVE ME WAITING IN THE ROOM FOR HOURS DESPITE I HAVE MADE APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE. Initially the service was good when I first signed up the facial package despite they keep selling their products / keep asking me to top up / upgrade package etc However, the service turns bad after i refused. I can overheard they were talking with their "VIP" next door but they just leave me unattended / hanging there. Very frustrated!
