β β β β β My favourite facial place as they are NOT HARD SELLING & VERY EFFECTIVE!
They make me feel at ease and like home, as they are super attentive (shy people might need some time to warm up) and gave me lots samples even I didnβt sign up any package! But then I still went back to commit to their pigmentation package, as my pigmentations 30% gone! Best laser place! Please try and you wonβt regret if you willing to commit. Thanks

β β β β β A great experience for me. Consultant was very detail in explaining to me how my first laser experience will be. What to expect and what i can do before and after treatment. I ended up getting another facial to do together with my laser but it was worth it. My skin was glowing gitew after the treatment and I surely would love to go again. Value for money experience .. just be more prepare as they quite persuasive.

β β β β β I bought the 20th Anniversary: 2 visits x (Beeswax Laser + Beeswax Recovery Treatment) . During the first treatment, the staffs keep up-selling their package, keep stating that even with the package I'm on, it's not going to be enough. Too many hidden fees, Constantly asking you to sign up premium package.
Okay, fine then i just give it a try. after i signed the package, they started promoting their skin care product. non stop promoting customers buying their products.
During my second treatment, hoping that the rejection on the first round would have any effect.. but i was wrong.. and it was worse, keep persuading me to buy the skin care product, without their product , i cant see any improvement on my face, even i told them i still have a lot of skin care haven't use yet. they told me in another way round, "even i'm not buying this time, for my next visit, they will still promoting the same thing to me". they will keep pushing new package/ products until I feel pressured to buy.
they never care about customer's financial issue, even they knew i'm unemployed. this is not a place for you to relax, is more to a place which make you feel pressure

Did the beeswas pore laser, it did really help to lighten up my acne marks and spots, I noticed blackheads and congestions around T-zone has reduced too! Appreciate how patient and dedicated the team is! ??

β β β β β My skin type is normal - dry skin type when my first treatment with them. After a month they said my skin type was sensitive and oily. Thus, keep hard selling to add on products and package.
I'm the one who know well on my skin than you. I even don't have pore on my face! In order for you to keep promote your package and products, any of the skin type problem also can speak out that misleading customer. Very unprofessional and entrusted shop that I ever been.
And yet, your products even sell more expensive compare at online. Rather buy it online instead with them.
