2. Unit view is splendid. No balcony though.
3. The entryway/condo aisle quite narrow.
4. The lobby is nice with plenty of sofa.
5. Though it supposed to be a high end condo, but it doesnt feel like one.
6. The entrance for visitor to access lobby area not so convenient and ordinary. Zeva did a good job in welcoming the visitor by placing an accessible lobby area.
7. The facilities is so-so and the pool area view claimed to be splendid but it did not.

Dear all, avoid Kelvin Chen from CID Properties at all cost if you are avoiding discourteous and disrespectful agents. His registration number is 27724. His agency number id E (1) 1855. He is making LANDLORDS TO loose TENANTS by CHASING Potential Tenants away with his CONDESCENDING behaviour.
He choose to block my number for no apparent reason. I was in La Thea condominium, Puchong South to view a few units and so I contacted him. At first he disregarded my enquiries on whatsapp and left me on read. So, I called him & he sounded rude on call and shun me away. Then, I found my number blocked as his profile picture was removed and none of my messages or calls went through. Indirectly, he is causing landlords loose tenants. I have already informed his branch & will follow up.
