★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes TRUE, theres a very bad sewer gas smell coming from every drain in the house. Sinki, bathroom, toilet, etc.. Very unpleasing and embarrassing. Once in a while there will some sort of public bathroom smell coming out from the drainage, poop smell as well making the whole house stink so bad :( Please solve this issue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a short holiday. The house I stayed at was really comfortable, properly furnished with a great view. This property has a very good location. It's really close (walking distance) to the popular Farm in the City parkand situated just next to the Giant Supermarket. There are many restaurants nearby serving delicious and affordable local delights. The property certainly has a bright prospect with the ongoing LRT construction close to the residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice facilities. Very convenient because there are alot of shops,supermarket and restaurants walking distance. MRT line 2 under construction is 5 mins walk- cannot wait for it to be completed! Just abit weird that the lobby is at the back

15min access to main mall such as IOI City Mall and Aeon. About 20 min to Pavillion Bukit Jalil. Giant is just walking distance next to this condo.
Peaceful environment with a lot trees at facility floor~
Swimming pool is big with nice scene ~
Gym room is super big too~
Clean condo with cleaners constantly mop the floor daily~
With MEX 2, it is easily access to KL & PJ area?

Found it in Google. Many sofa beds and a wide range of mattress brands available and bedframes on display. Prices very affordable and negotiable. Look for Mr. Yan and he can help you with what you are looking for your home furnitures.
