★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the salon today for a normal haircut .They are strictly following SOP due to covid. Anthony is a very professional hair stylist, the place was neat and clean.
It took around 25 minutes for the haircut including warm water hair wash.
I will visit them again ?

Had a proper discussion in the start talking about what I wanted my hair to look like, after 4 hours and many rounds of treatment to my hair (Drying out my hair completely because they couldn’t achieve what I was look for - and not giving me anything for the dry hair they caused) I still did not get the hair result I wanted and instead of being more lenient with the payment they charged me 500+ still (No compensation provided for not being able to give me the result I wanted) - Very disappointing service!!!
I asked for a caramel balayage but after 4 hours I had to walk out with purple tinted hair...I don’t recommend at all for that high of a price (cause they do not give compensation either or any other thing even if they know they screwed up)!!!
Money and time wasted
Would not have been so disappointed if they offered a discount, knowing they did not give me the result I wanted! No customer satisfaction
