★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will cut to your own preference but it took a very long time until its your turn. Dont come if you are in a hurry. Spare some time to wait and for the cut. Above all that, the result......is superb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today morning...there was one intern sitting there...not showing any interest if cutting,keep avoiding eye contact by looking at their phones.They asked me to come back at 12pm as thats the time the ‘senior’ barber will be in,it seems.Went there around 2pm,again the same scenario...3 teenager sitting in front (2 interns & 1 junior) looking at their phones.
So I asked the junior barber...wether he can cut as one of the images in the saloon...immediately he said “Im junior...still learning”
So “Walter” barbershop,what the point of having top norch branding when you have all junior barnbers seated in your shop with no interest of cutting?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop environment is clean but the ambience is not to be found anywhere inside the shop. You feel gloomy. The barber did follow the SOP at his best. His haircut skill? I've seen better. The indian barbershop could do a better job than him. He never ask about what kind of haircut you want. Then, he cut so short that you wont feel like you're in a barbershop and it seems he looks very inexperience when cutting hair. In the end I've got a school standard haircut which is really disappointing. Not worth the price i payed which is RM25. With this cut, i can find cheaper. I left the shop immediately and it will be the last and i will never return again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Worst haircut I ever have. An inexperience barber cut my hair initially and I requested to change to an experience one who supposed to be his supervisor.
The haircut didn't turn out any better. I just got an uneven school boy haircut. Now I need to fork out another RM20 to fix it up.
The shop looks like being manned by inexperience foreigners. The first barber I had was coughing.
