 Conscience merchants, it's really delicious. The cold box is shipped with ice packs. The goods are still frozen inside when they are opened.

It's also conveniently packed and frozen, can just take out from freezer and cook.
The other day I came back from work feeling tired, just take out one pack, steam and can eat already.
