★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The machines are quite confusing to use for a 1st timer. The washer's latch is 'tricky'.
The place is comfortable, much comfortable that some kids would come here to hang out without any laundry business (sorry to say, that bothers me but it's not your fault though)

I need to use the dryer in one midnight
1st trial-after 40minutes waiting, apparently the cloth isnt close to warm. Its cold eventhough i selected hot
2nd trial-after 5 minutes waiting, i went check, still no hot
3rd trial-same thing
I'm not sure what happen but i want a refund for this malfunction machine. I avoid every machine labeled "repair" but still this happens.
Its RM 5+4+6 in total from 1.20 until 2.30am
But i can only refund with token, admin afraid could be false claim. Meanwhile they always have cctv to check. But why bother right

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 out of 6 dryers under repair, and of the 3, customers who just want to use the dryer have them fully booked for hours! So after washing still have to wait nearly 2 cycles for other people to finish with the dryer! But the WORST POINT is this laundrette uses their own tokens, not cash. So if, like me, you bought the exact number of tokens for wash & dry, be prepared to wait 3 hours to get your laundry done.
The a/c is not turned on and the wash ring machine door was tricky to use. USELESS PLACE
