โ โ โ โ โ Bad service. Inefficient staffs. Only interested in selling the appliances.When it comes to repair none of them show any interests. I had to make several calls to make them collect my washing machine which is under warranty. It had some motor issues. The staffs there do not make things easy by being helpful. Took my washing machine on Tuesday and until today, Saturday, no updates on the status. It seems they haven't sent it to the supplier yet. It is still in the shop. Can you imagine that. 4 working days and nothing has been bloody done. And they can come up with brilliant different answers when you call and ask. Sickening. Don't expect to get any prompt service once you
have bought stuffs there.they will treat you like beggars if you have problems with the product although you have paid quite a sum for extra warranty.and guess what. It has been 1 month and I haven't received my washing machine yet
