★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible hygiene. Warehousing/distribution is done in residential area with no regard of hygiene and respect for the residential occupants. This building is in a middle of residence garden with no designated road access. I feel pity for the residents (mostly professionals that been living here for a long time from my observation) and shoplot owners have no regard for them. Rubbish littered all over by these operators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg what can i say. Shop tucked in at a residential area and the condition super disgusting. No hygiene and proper parking as its blocking houses and not sure why one would operate a business such. In short dirty, heartless and unethical. Wonder if this place is even following the right sop n hygiene standards plus minding its a residential area n being infested with lorries, pest and God knows what other diseases soon.
