★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not very well known after relocation even to the locals. They serve very delicious laksa tuned to the taste of Ipoh. Has a small variety of sides to go with it.
There is also a special Green Ice Coffee made with Chinese "Green Bean", almond and coffee which is surprisingly delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite "Utara" Laksa in Ipoh. I rate it higher than Big Tree. Just the right amount of spicyness so everyone can enjoy. Must try when you visit Ipoh, but it is not open every day. Tuesdays for example you need to be lucky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time coming back to Ipoh, surely Kee Poh is a must stopover for me! Sour and tangy the assam laksa soup~yummy! Lots of 'yeong liew' for me to choose from, not like in Kuala Lumpur~very hard to get 'yeong liew' like this.
Actually, it's down memory lane~childhood memory, where the owner's mother used to sell assam laksa in the 80's on a tricycle stall parked between a 2 shop lane! So, every time me going back to Ipoh, I'll stopped by Gunung Rapat to relived my childhood memories of delicious assam laksa and those wonderful 'yeong liew'!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really suitable for people who cant eat spicy or dislike the spicr taste from traditional asam laksa. Very dilited broth but rather cheap asam laksa to be enjoyed in general
