But with the low dense, quiet community, itβs definitely worth the price. The nearby Bandar Puteri terrace houses intermediate alrd cost rm800k+++ with only 2 storey, this is a Min 2.5 sty with a small side open space.
Greenery surrounding, fresh breeze in the morning and evening. Itβs a great place to call home and itβs a great place for a family with children.
Our company has done 2 renovation at this community. 1 is the end lot of a 2.5 semi-d and one 3.5 storey Bungalow at Sherwood.
