★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly this resort surprised me in terms of their service and beautiful scenery. The room actually is just nice and neat although slightly small. A good place to relax. One drawback is the mosquitoes here maybe is different species because I feel extremely itchy on the bite marks. So, better to bring along insect repellent and do not open window while sleeping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Relaxing accommodation. Good concept. However, the transportation for customer to their rooms using jeep are sometimes unsafe due to the steep and narrow road.
I would suggest to use electric car compare to the petrol / diesel, since electric car doesn't make noise. And make sure the cabin for people to sit is safe with sufficient place for passenger to hold.
Driver of the jeep should not speeding, especially when many customer need your service during pick hours e.g. lunch and dinner time etc.
Overall I give this place 4 starts. Hope this place will improve more and I would like to visit here again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammed Customers. Double booked hotel rooms and refused to refund customers' money/ booking deposit. They will asked you to postponed date with 1000 excuses. They just promised to refund but they make u waiting forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are okay. BUT, did not have any water supply for the duration of the stay. Called multiple times but says 5 more mins 5 more mins. Later don't even give alternative solution. Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms was okay. But there is no wayer supply. The staff told that the water couldn't be pumped up. Did not provide an alternative solution. The contact number that they provide for the buggu service couldn't call theough. Very very bad. Wouldnt come here again in my life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful resort. The environment the buildings is great.
The restaurant is temporary close but cleanliness is still good.
The room tv and small fridge is working fine. But the room is dusty. Bed sheets and pillow is not clean.. toilet is small but well equipped.
Shutter driver is helpful.
Would recommend ,If you’re in town and need a decent space to stay a night.
