β β β β β My buddy bought a 5 star condominium at Astoria Ampang, the workmanship was very poor, 200++ defects, the maincon Pembinaan Yuen Seng Sdn. Bhd. is totally very poor of all the structure works. If you want to buy the property from them, plz consider twice and goto site visit what were built on site but not the sales galleries.
