โ โ โ โ โ One bedroom room, no xx03 gave the best design and privacy. It is located at the last corner of the alley.
I love the view. Can extend check out time to 6pm with half charge of the full price.

Breakfast was great with one of the best views of the city.
The view of the KL Tower was the best part of it!
There's nothing to complain about.

โ โ โ โ โ Been staycation at Lanson Place for 4 days during the annual Selangor water disruption. The security and receptionist are so friendly and helpful. Dropped my luggages at the lobby. Pickup cards at helpdesk, and the security knows where our room is. Drove the car to basement for parking which has free parking for 2 cars, using room cards provided.
The utilities provided in the apartment are so well equipped! We love the rain type hot shower and also the tub. However the washing machine and dryer machine lacks instruction and guidance provided. Has to Google the model number, download manual, to use it properly. It took more than 1 hour for washing even for quick wash programmer, and the same goes for dryer, not that dry though. But the laundry room door has sound insulation, so you can shut the door and there will be no noise.
The kitchen is well equipped with 4 hobs for cooking, air hub suction is good. Utensils, cooking pans provided. Oven and microwave are straight forward. The fridge is huge! For coffee lovers, fret not, there is coffee machine provided alongside with cartridges refilled for free everyday.
The TV, meh, no HD, and quite old, maybe decades ago? The home theater speaker is also not usable. The wifi not that fast but, teams meeting still working fine. But there are limits, maybe around 4 devices can be connected at a time for wifi.
The facilities is good, it has an Olympic size pool, kids pool, and jacuzzi (did not see it is working all these 4 days). The Olympic size pool is only at the chest level of my teenage kids. So it is safe. Got security keep monitoring the patrons at all times. The Cafe at the pool is reasonably priced and delicious too from burgers, salad, mocktails and milkshake.
It is just a walking distance towards Bukit Bintang. So those who wants to have night life in KL, just have a walk, or Grab.
There is a downside for those who are staying in smoker's room (up to 5th floor). There might be some groups who are partying to early morning on a Friday night and weekend. I just know about this when I called the helpdesk multiple time, and they even came to my room with security to check the noise level.
Checkout experience, it is quick and easy less than 5 mins.
Good stay, and worth the money spent.
Please book directly on their official website, got promo much better than those third party agents or OTA(online travel agency) apps.

โ โ โ โ โ We booked this two-room service apartment after fishing around various apartments in the area and we're glad we made the right choice. Facility is very clean, with good quality furniture and well equipped (utensils, washer, dryer, large fridge) and decent entertainment system (good sound bar and TV). The olympic sized swimming pool is impressive and they also have two shallower pools suitable for younger kids. Receptionist, concierge and security were very friendly, despite all the COVID SOPs. My only complaint is that we can hear footsteps and music from the floor above (sound proofing of the building not that good) but overall we all had a great time during our stay, strategic location, will return again!

โ โ โ โ โ The room showed exactly whats in the pictures. Team also fast responses and very friendly. Im staying more than half year here and totally satisfied with the room and services. Also located in heart of KL, it is very convenient to go anywhere! I would totally recommend everyone to stay at Lanson if you want to experience KL city.
