★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there are many chicken rice shops in Klang and there are few "veteran" shops within this vicinity. when kid, used to follow dad to heong Kee at emporium makan, went to Kok heong at Klang Parade (now Jalan nenas) when teenage, this laoyang now my go-to for authentic Hainanese Chicken rice. rice is fragrant, both braised and roasted chicken are tender, juicy and fresh. the serving size is still decent at this point in time of chicken supply shortage. most important, I dun feel thirsty after eat! Many times wanted to try their curry laksa but changed mind when ordering lol!
Finally tried the curry laksa! It's a must try! The cockles were a little small. Overall was great!
