Bus was late, and we did not get any notfications. The staffs were extremely unfriendly and rude. I tried to ask if my bus is here, they didn't even care to take a peep on my ticket and walked off. We were waiting outside from 6.50pm to 7.45pm and the staff came out shouting at us, like it's our fault. He said why come out so early, go back inside. Lmao what is this?

Boo larkin boo!! Please read this review. Management, please kindly take note of this. So disappointed with the management. Why do I need to pay RM2 to print out a ticket that I bought online?? TBS didnt charge me anything. This is really a disappointment. They have more than 10 counters, only 2 are open. And there is no separation of online boarding pass and ticket counter. For me who bought the ticket online, i need to queue with other people who are buying the ticket there. Such a waste of my time. Larkin need to do better. You guys are being too comfortable leeching on us. I will keep complaining until things get better

I just couldn’t understand why we need to pay RM2 for the ticket that we bought online! The toilet also need to pay, all the screens are not functioning, I can’t see any service that we should pay for. This is very absurd! As for ticketing, even if buy online, we still need to queue up with those who is buying their tickets at the counter. Such of waste of time! Also I feel like the staff is not trained at all to be at the counter. Such a bad customer service. In comparison with TBS, it’s far worse. And in TBS we don’t have to pay at all for the service.

Take ticket from electronic counter, online ticket booking should be one hour before. Proceed to gates, scan your ticket and enter, allowed to enter 30 Min before scheduled time. Staff is quite helpful and guide you properly for your schedule journey. Inside terminal there are no TV to display bus schedule and timing so you have to ask staff and they are all helpful. Book tickets with popular bus services, I booked Neoliner, on ticket timing was 5:15, bus came around 6 and departed after 6:30. Seat was also damaged, Bad experience.

The system here is very bad. Why renovate to make the place look better outside but inside ticketing area very bad. No proper area to queue and the place is noisy. They also have a weird system. We bought a ticket online still need to go to the counter to print the ticket with rm2 charges. We can’t print out ourselves on A4 paper. Sad they didn’t improve anything except the outlook of the building. Really hope this place has a better system. Is Malaysia one of the poorest countries and Johor Bahru one of the poorest cities?

This is one of the worst bus terminal I have been. There is no proper management or maintenance. I think the management has no idea what digital service is at all. Despite having booked a bus ticket online, we still have to go to the counter n charged RM2 to print out our ticket. Self printing is not allowed. Most of self service ticket vending machines are out of order. The waiting lounge is another worst experience. Despite the place is crowded, no air condition or fan is switch on. We will have to be in a pool of sweat while waiting for to board the bus. Immediate improvement is much needed ????????????

During its heydays pre Covid 19, the bus terminal was a bee hive of activity with buses arriving and departing regularly. However Covid applied it's brakes on this bus terminal just as it has done on almost every other business. With Covid and Singapore Malaysia land border closed to regular traffic, the once hugely popular Singapore Malaysia bus services came to an abrupt halt. Currently skeletal VTL bus services have begun between the 2 neighbouring countries. The bus terminal hosts a Dunkin Donuts and a McDonalds apart from several other small businesses. Toilets though are pathetic
