★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 bintang, smooth memang smooth, beli tiket online tapi kena tukarkan juga ke tiket fizikal rasanya boleh upgrade lepasni, beli online terus boleh guna. Btw, agak kecewa dengan management ke apa aku taktahu nak cakap, macam tbs kau boleh tengok terminal/platform mana sebab ada mention tapi dekat larkin sentral ni dia setakat tulis gate macam tu, aku nyaris kene tinggal bas, notice ke information led pon takde. So orang yang baru-baru nak travel ni mesti tengok tiket je. Luckily aku bertindak pantas tanya bas dekat mana, kalau tak, tak memasal kena tinggal bas. Sistem dah centralised bagus. Lagi bagus dekat tiket letak sekali platform berapa okay? Oh sorry gambar tak sempat ambil. Update pada 13.2.2022 Beli tiket online nak tukar fizikal kena charge RM2 yeee
 3 stars, smooth is smooth, buy tickets online but you also have to change to a physical ticket, it feels like you can upgrade recently, buy online can continue to use. Btw, I'm a bit disappointed with the management, what I don't know what to say, like tbs you can see which terminal/platform because there's a mention but near Larkin Sentral, he only wrote gates like that, I almost live here on the bus, notice to information led pon takde. So people who recently want to travel must look at the ticket. Luckily I acted quickly to ask where the bus was, otherwise, I wouldn't have to stay on the bus. The centralized system is good. It's good to be near the ticket once the platform is okay? Oh sorry I didn't take the picture. Update on 13.2.2022 Buy tickets online to change physically charged RM2 yeee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I boarded Bus No JTM 8345. From Tmn Tun Aminah to Putrajaya on 20.6. 2022. The bus was already late bu 15 mins. It went thro Kulai. Stopped at Kulai Bus stop. What a waste.
