★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly reccomended. Very good,particular and professional consultation given by the staf before they do the extension for you. Very friendly staff. They room provided for that 2 hour session very comfortable. The staf even asked me if the room is too cold to make sure i am comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if this only happened to me but for the whole 2 hours, all I can feel was pain in my eyes, probably from the lash glue. I have done lash extensions before from other salons but I have never experienced this. Thank god the after result was great. I hope your lash therapists could do something about this since the price was not cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't get over how they charge extra rm 5 for a lash brush which is usually complimentary. Especially since the prices here are not the cheapest because it just doesn't feel right.
Also, my lash lady took a really long time 2 hours + to finish. She was hurting my eyes and not giving instructions on what to do next.
The service at front desk was awesome. Its not a bad place, just not the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love my lashes! Price is reasonable too, with the care that they give to your lashes. Staff was so helpful and gave me good advise and explanation, before I decide which type of lash extension to do. For a first timer like me, it is a good experience for me and would definitely come again for lash pampering sessions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did Korean Eyelash Extension- RM179. My appointment was at 6pm. A little late 15 mins to start but its okay. Ain was my lash specialist today and she is very nice and attentive. Detailed and beautifully done. Despite everyone has left, she did not rush to finish but took her time and make sure my lashes are done properly. Thank you, Ain and be safe when you walk back home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with a bit of trepidation as I've had the same lash technician for years (always disappointed with other places - short lived extensions, clumpy glue, discomfort & so forth). So trying out a new place is not easy. However, I'm very pleased with Lash Lab - strategically located, nice ambience, clean & comfortable - one can easily doze off with the nice music. My lash technician has really soft hands, hardly felt anything while she was doing it - sorry I forgot to get her name but she exceeded my expectations. I had gaps in my lashes & despite just opting for the single Korean Lash, the outcome was very nice. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.
