β β β β β Book online yesterday and redeemed the voucher today. Actually before come i felt worried need to wait long time. Maybe my luck today is good, i reached the lab at 8.15am, done within 10 minutes. The young guys draws my blood very professional, minimal pain.

β β β β β Been here few times, and this time is the worst. Stand at counter waited 15 minutes, no one even bother to attend to me, even though they all see me standing there. I wonder the two ladies standing in front of me already waited for how long for someone to attend to them. All the employees are new and I have never see them before, but it doesn't mean the service should degrade, worst than public hospital. Examination is not extremely cheap, but service is bad. I will stop visiting any BP chain from now onwards. Don't even with one star, but seems this is the minimal I must choose. If you are the management of the company and reading this review, do something about it, or keep losing loyal customer like me.

β β β β β Took the covid-19 RT-PCR test for work reasons...minimal waiting time due to less crowd during MCO and test was done quickly and efficiently. Results take about 36 hours due to the sheer amount of samples needing to be tested

β β β β β Made an appointment for 8.30am and arrived on time. Still had to take a number and waited more than 1.5 hours for the scan. Total took 2 hours to receive scan results and had to wait further for a doctors consultation which I declined as the wait was becoming ridiculous. You can definitely get better service elsewhere. The place is also run down and in need of some maintenance of the facilities.

β β β β β My wife and myself have spent so much time researching for the best outlets after reading so many negative reviews, but we decided to go with this SS15 outlet. They're quick, well organized and professional. all things done within 1:30 hour. Thank you!

β β β β β Went for walk in medical check up during weekend. However, no doctor and xray available as its weekend, not report to work during weekend.
Please visit the glenmarie outlet if walk in during weekend.

Itβs true !
NO ONE picks the phone up !
A day later: ok I know why they donβt pick up the phone !
They are quite understaffed with no receptionist
That being said, because we were the first few patients , my darling maid got her check up done in 1.5 hours : thatβs a plus point
