★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're planning on getting your lashes there, bear in mind that the parking is terrible. I mean, it is Uptown after all. I got my lashes done there a couple of months ago and they last a long time, but it's expensive! For the first time, there's a 50% discount and a RM50 off for your next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced for nearly RM400 2D natural lashes. Went 1 week before cny, understood that their appointment is full, but i hope they can allocate reasonable time to each customer. Lacking the patience to explain to customer who went for eyelash extension first time. Towards the end of lash extension, the other colleague will go over 2 time and ask my lash stylist whether it's done. It's really annoying to hear someone chasing my lash stylist because final touch involves checking whether all my lashes are well covered. There's no lash extension at the edge of my eyes because she claimed that i do not have natural lash at that area, but i do have reasonable amount and length of natural lash to do the extension. Lastly, there's no after sales kit given even im paying at such premium price. Wont visit again as they are making my first time lash extension unpleasant.
