โ โ โ โ โ 1st time here. Crowded nd the guy stylist show very sour face while having hair cut for me. Maybe I did not make d appointment. But come on, I waited about an hour. And the skill is so so only. Will definitely not come here again.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm regular customer here, but they make me disappointed, booked 5.30pm and waited for 2 hours still not my turn, if you foresee can't make it on time, u can communicate with customer or assign another experienced staff, but not keep quiet and let customer wait, the boss is the most useless, didn't handle his staff well, one star for the lady who willing to speak up and offer haircut for me. You guys have to know, not your time is time, but customer time also precious, really ruins my day. Don't come here, let them know whether they are the boss, or the customer is the boss.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to perm my hair but was disappointed at the result. Few strands of hair not permed, bangs were unbalanced (left side more curly and than the right) and unprofessional during the whole process. Overall not worth the money and time here. Suggest you go somewhere else if you want to get a nice perm.
