★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is inflexible and condescending. I have been going for almost a year now. Won’t be going back because the owner did not allow me to be 10 minutes late and said it was my own problems to solve to be punctual. Cannot book 6.15pm and have to book 6pm and cannot be late even though I cannot make 6pm and maybe 10 minutes late. I spend almost RM300 every month going there. Unfortunately, I will cease going now due to the bad service from the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean and hairstylist are friendly but the staffs that washes your hair is not very well trained, got all water splashed on my face and dress . When she wipes your hair , she wipes your face too . I mean ... Im wearing makeup and you decided to wipe it off too??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always pass by La Fiorire; yet I have never walked in although I always feel frustrated about my flat and straight hair. Finally one day I walked in and served by a handsome and polite oppa. His excellent customer service and his great suggestion of perming my hair have attracted me to proceed with the hairstyle change. I am now very happy with my hair perm, it is so easy to manage and it is not flat anymore! Strongly recommend Adam if you guys are thinking of changing your hairstyle. He has magical hands. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely enjoyed the quality of service (hairwash & scalp massages) & the haircut. Hence why I have returned 3 more times. The reason why I'm rating it 3 stars & will probably stop returning is because during my first haircut, it cost me RM60 for a Director. Next cut was RM60 again (1 month later). The same stylist then got "promoted" to a Senior Director & learned that she now costs RM70 AFTER the cut (1 month later). A month later (a few days ago), I returned for another cut & was expecting/willing to pay RM70 again. Nope. She's now RM78 & yet again, learnt it at the cashier.
The staff are pleasant people & it's a great establishment but I would prefer knowing increased rates before my haircut.
