Janice is very friendly and such a joy to chat to while being professional with the waxing. She also patiently explained what should / should not be done after waxing, and gave tips on how to better manage those unruly brows in the future.

β β β β β I always love benefit and know they have a good range of eyebrow products. So yesterday during my trip to KLCC, I stopped by benefit to buy some products.
At that time I was the only customer and Janice attended me. She was funny and helpful. After helping me with the product, she suggested me to try their brow waxing service.
I said yes, it was my first time doing it and I love it. Janice was professional and attended me with care. My eyebrows are shaped well and she even did some light make up on my face. I even got so many free gifts. Thanks Janice, will definitely come here again for my eyebrow fix ?
