โ โ โ โ โ Attempt to deliver your parcel was not successful today. LEX MY will attempt the delivery again within 1-2 working days. Reason : Customer requested to reschedule.
The reason is not how it is supposed to be because courier never called me and I never requested a rescheduling. I think you should change that in the future to avoid misleading.

โ โ โ โ โ very bad service. i got 10 items stuck in this sortation centre and they are still not delivered. and we cant even collect ourselves. then give reason: recipient reschedule delivery. WHICH I DIDNT EVEN RECEIVE ANY DELIVERY NOTICE. when i complain to lazada, their reply is: i will highlight this matter to the courier service. super lousy service
