★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mess up my package. What i received are other customer’s package. they mess up the delivery slip, dont get me wrong, is not the seller fault, the content i received are totally different seller and item. I 100% sure is LEX mixed up the delivery slip and simply send the package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service ever. I order from Lazada, the dispatch boy reach the premise didn’t give a call and say failed deliver. When I successful contact the courier service see can collect at the hub they say already on the way send back to the seller. Just half day different from the tracking status, customer service number difficult to reach.

But now the parcel is now safely received.Trully appreciate the hard work that the rider put to deliver the parcel till night time (pic.below). Each rider needs to deliver around 200 parcels a day. The fact is only 2 motorcycle rider at the hub.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They received my parcel from the vendor on 31st July but ONLY ATTEMPTED DELIVERY ON THE 6th August, which was also a failed delivery. Not sure whether they tried to deliver or not. I got really fed up and went to collect myself. I paid quite a lot for the delivery but what I got was lousy, unreliable, slow service. When I collected, they didn't even apologize. When I pressed further for an explanation, they blamed it on last minute resignation of riders. If I could give 0 star, I would have given that. UNRELIABLE at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my parcel arrived this hub more than a week ago without any updates after that, i went to the hub to fetch it myself, they say this n that but can’t find my marcel. apparently they don’t have a system to manage all the parcels efficiently, just proceed using the simplest method. no wonder lor. what a hopeless service.
